P-Mags Back To Normal

So I looked at a few different websites and didn't realize P-Mags were pretty much back to normal even CTD has them for under $20.00. Man I feel for the guys that were paying $75.00+ for them 5 months ago.

I don't.

Call me callused. They were contributors to the cause on the spike in prices and it makes me chuckle a bit inside.

Just bought 2, for no other reason than to get two more into Colorado before the ban (I have.... lots of AR magazines already)

I'm with Shane.

The people who bought them for megabucks got exactly what they deserved. If they felt it worth $75 or so at the height of the panic they shouldn't feel bad now. If they do feel bad now, they shouldn't have paid megabucks for them.

People speculating on what might happen accept the risk of taking it in the shorts. Had a ban come down that would have allowed transfer, they would have made a good chunk of money. One didn't. So they better enjoy their expensive magazines.

P-Mags Back To Normal

Even during the panic, I only bought from places like MidwayUSA or Officerstore that were selling at normal prices only, in the brief windows they had stock.

You don't have to pay stupid money for them now, but mag availability is still hit or miss.

I am still waiting on two green PMAGS. There is not even an ETA for them. I know Magpul stopped doing anything other than black until production was caught up. Also, the stopped including ing the dust covers.

Indeed. Midway (as well as some other vendors such as PSA) continued charging normal prices, and if their prices went up, it was only because supplier prices went up.

As a result, those vendors are the only ones I'll do business with from this point forward. CTD and other gougers can rot in hell as far as I'm concerned. I will not be doing any further business with them.

Unfortunately the PMAG supply where I live still leaves each mag at about $45

and they're all 10 rounders

The news is far from being universally good:

No stock
No backorder
No availability date

The Gen 3's still come with dust covers, but newly made Gen 2's do not.

Agreed. Black 30 round PMAGs at prices from $12.95 - $14.00 are popping up everywhere. Remember who jacked prices up and who stayed true. Yeah, I know, capitalism and all but business practices also come with consequence.

Please refer to the Where is Everything? thread.
