High Standard Model C with 2 1/2" barrel

I know nothing about these things. The pics are from a current ad on GB.

Searches say they came with 4.5" or 6.75" barrels, and all the Model C pics I've seen were of blue guns.

Is this a rare gun, or do you think the barrel has been shortened and the whole gun refinished?

It might the the angle of the camera, but the muzzle doesn't look square to me.

Looks like a hack job to me. And the front sight seems way too short to work with the rear sight.
