Why keep a 22 when a 44 is twice as good?

Streamlining your collection?

I thought streamlining was just buying a bigger and better safe to fit in the same spot. That way you can add to fill out the spots in your collection.

For we all know, more is... well more! And the more the better, right?

Do what makes you happy, but I agree with most on the .22

If you're buying guns, buy the best you can afford. If you're streamlining, get rid of the junk first. For example, S&W and Colt revolvers take priority for me over the Rossi, Charter and even the Ruger stuff. Colt, Kimber, HK and Sig over the Kahr and Glock stuff.

I'm not streamlining anything other than new purchases. Now is a lousy time to buy unless you have no alternative for some reason.
