Defective S&W or Remington ammo, or both?

Don't know where this is going, but thought I'd put it out there.

More to this, I am sure. But for such a small amount, companies often settle out of court and we never hear any more about it.

I know which smith and wesson gun I will not be buying in the future.Why sue remington without any proof their ammo was defective?
