jroth, I have owned Hi Powers since the 60s, 9MMs, .40 S&W and .30 Luger. I have never come across a .30 replacement barrel that would fit the standard 9MM Hi Power.
A factory Hi Power .30 Luger barrel might be found, but has a smaller outside diameter and does not fit the 9MM. I bought a new Hi Power in .30 Luger years ago when a U.S. distributor was closing them out, thinking I would add a 9MM barrel and have a two caliber gun, WRONG! The .30 Luger version has the aforementioned small diameter barrel AND a lightened, almost fragile looking, slide... BTW, you'd think both calibers would use the same BHP magazines, but the .30 magazines are marked for the .30 Luger caliber. Can't remember what the difference was.

Several ways to do this. Find a company that routinely makes BHP barrels, send them a .30 blank, and negotiate. 2) sleeve the exterior of a .30 BHP barrel (found on gunbroker or ebay) and fit to a regular 9mm HP slide, or 3) have a 9mm barrel "lined" and rechambered, as is sometimes done to improve a shot out or damaged barrel on a rifle.
