TN House sends "guns in trunks" bill to governor
http://www.johnsoncitypress.com/News....php?id=105107
excerpt: NASHVILLE — The House on Thursday voted to send to the governor a contentious bill that would allow the state's nearly 400,000 handgun carry permit holders to store firearms in their vehicles no matter where they are parked. --Hope I did this properly, this is my first post on the forum. Thanks. |

Welcome to TFL
Interesting, I'm thinking the moderators will move it to "Law and Civil Rights" however. |

Not worth a Damn!
There is still wording that allows employers to Opt Out. Therefore they can still fire any employee caught with a firearm in his vehicle.
What kind of "Malarkey" is this bill? What does it allow? |
