Which states is it illegal to ship high capacity magazines to?

I have some BX-25 X2 that I want to sell on Gunbroker and am wondering which states can I not ship these magazines to? I want to make sure I stay legal and everything I'm finding is from 2011. Anyone have an updated list of the ban states?

It's legal to ship them here to Wyoming. How much you asking?
