Laser sights

My wife and I have just purchased a Beretta Nano and I put a Crimson Trace on it, we also bought a Ruger LCR .22 and it already has a Crimson Trace.
We're new to this so we're wondering what folks think about Laser Sights for Concealed Carry. What would be the pros and cons? We also bought a Sig P290RS and a Ruger 22-45 Lite. We're looking forward to getting out and practicing and becoming "somewhat" proficient.

CT put out a new 2013 product DVD. They explain laser aimers & good tactics to deploy.
Keep in mind that lasers or laser-aiming units DO NOT replace basic marksmanship or skill training. Lasers only augment a sighting system.
