FIREclean

Anyone use this product. It makes claims of reducing fouling and you can wipe off carbon buildup easily. I'm thinking about trying it out on my revolvers (cylinder face and around the forcing cone,) before shooting lead loads.

I've used fireclean. It works just fine. But it's pretty darn expensive. I can get a pint of BF CLP for almost the same cost as 2 ounces of fireclean ($16).

Brownell's has it. I'm going to give it a try on my wheel gun & evil black rifle.

If you're shooting 357,44 or 45 ,purchase
a Lewis lead remover. they clean the lead out
of a bore quickly.

I use it on all my guns and it does seem to work with continued use. It is more expensive, and I have been told it was high grade vegetable oil by someone who had it tested for military purposes.

I don't know if it's true but I like it!

It's not Fire Clean, but someone turned me on to some stuff called Frog Lube and I really like it. Same concept, all my guns just wipe clean after shooting. Plus, it smells good and is non-toxic.
