I must admit I've been checking in on this one every day.......expecting to see something happen. The lack of buzzard action is kind of amazing.

Yeah, sorry. We even reduced the people traffic on the property (not that there was much) in hopes of giving the scavengers free reign.
The last pig I shot (the one with the angry bird) was on a property a few miles NW of mile and the landowner (and resident) reported buzzards on it the next day.

In South Texas we have to watch out for those "Chupacadros".
