150-160 grain bullets. I like 154 Hornady or 160 Nosler. IMR 4350, RL22, or IMR4831 will perform well.

I have never found any difference between loading belted and non belted cases. Just set your dies up per instructions. However, when checking your cases after re-sizing make sure you check near the belt for signs of cracking or bulging.

+1 Geautide, 150's and 160's, My rifle likes 140 grain through 160, in the Accubond bullets, I use IMR 4831 with the 140's and IMR 7828 with the 160's, and when I load the 150's I use both IMR 4350 and IMR 4831.

CCI 250 Primers, IMR7828 powder, Sierra 175gr Gamekings. Do a normal load workup and stop when the groups drop below an inch at 100.

It will be a relatively mild recoiling load for the "Big 7" but it will cleanly take game at all distances you care to hunt, that long gameking bullet holds downrange energy very well.

I am working on a load for my 7mm right now. I started with 160 grain Sierra Game king, CCI 250 primers, and IMR 7828 powder. I had problems with accuracy, plus seemed to be getting jacket seperation. ( Picking up copper jackets with no sign of lead.)
So I scrapped that and started over. I got some 160 grain Accubonds, and loaded them using Reloader 19. This load shows a lot more promise. At 59 grains of powder, was getting 1 moa with a speed of 2750. I worked up some more loads with 60 and 61 grains, but haven't had weather nice enough to shoot them yet. I should be able to achieve close to 2900 fps. I have high hopes for this load!

I like the IMR4350 and IMR7828. I like the Hornady 139gr Interlock. Get pretty good groups from the IMR4350, in the .500"-.600" range at 100yds.

One caveat on this. Belted cartridges headspace on the belt. If new cases, full size the first time. On successive loads, put a penny or nickel between the sizer and shell holder so that the shoulder is not moved back. You may have to try a few times to get where your case will chamber and bolt will lock down.

ok, i've got

140gr sierra pro-hunters
154gr hornady interlocks

IMR 7828
RL-19
Varget
H4350

really not where I can go out and buy powder, there's none to be had anywhere here. Really wanting to see what I can do with what I've got.

would like to stay around or under 3/4" @ 100 just trying to get suggestions, every rifle is different but the closer the make and model the better

Start of with the Interlocks and 4350 then. At least that is what I would do if I were in your situation.
