Picatinny rail accessories fit Glock Universal Rail?

While I realize that the Glock rail slot is slightly narrower than the Picatinny slot(s), will Picatinny accessories still fit the Glock Universal Rail?

I seem to get conflicting information on this subject.

Someone here, on a gun forum such as this, must know whether Picatinny rail accessories will fit on the Glock Universal Rail??!!

I plan on buying a Glock 17, but I have a bunch of Picatinny rail accessories that have a crossbolt that is 0.179" in diameter, and extend 0.078" into a Picatinny slot. Will these fit the Glock? (If not, I can turn the crossbolt on my lathe to a smaller diameter, but to what maximum diameter and height would it need to be to fit into the Glock Universal Rail?"
