Gun Control masquerading as Gun Safety

I read this today on the NRA website:

This is really insidious. No different than nazis from calling the WWII gas chambers "disinfection chambers".

The correspondence of the gun laws that might be passed (however, hideous to us) to the actual Holocaust is quite inappropriate.
