I checked today, and Recob's has small pistol primers in stock.

Bad news is that buyers are limited to 1000 per order, so you'd have to buy a some other stuff in order to spread out the hazmat fee.

Not familiar with that company, but I would think that even in this situation few people are going to basically double their cost by only ordering 1K and paying the shipping and hazmat.
