Utah constitutional carry
Bill has been introduced in Utah allowing carry by any person of age legally able to own the gun, I really hope this passes.

The only "problem" if you could call it that, is that Utah is one of the prime choices for a non-resident permit for people trying to turn as many of the states on an "accepts my permit" mep to good to go.

The last time I spoke with the Utah BCI, they maintained that Utah will continue to issue Concealed Firearms Permits and maintain reciprocity agreements regardless of the passage of "constitutional carry".
