Finally brought home the Sig P290rs
Finally after waiting almost 8 days to clear the backround checks here I got to bring her home. The first range trip wont be until Monday or Tuesday, so I will give my impressions afterwards. I was looking for something that was easy to conceal carry and mostly something the wife liked. My SR9c was just to bulky for her to carry, but this fit the bill extremely well.

Looks good! I like mine, though it's a bit thicker than I like for pocket carry. I let my daughter try mine out a couple of weeks ago, along with my DB9. She liked the DB9 better, and so that's what I got her for her 21st birthday (coming up in 3 weeks).

I will say my first dissapointment was that Sig sent it in a carboard box, lol! I read somewhere that it was hit or miss with the smaller pistols when it came to a case vs the box.

Right on! Looks good man. I've decided to keep my Sig P938. I am just deadly accurate with this thing.. I was hitting very nice groupings at 10 yards, which was FANTASTIC for such a small little gun!
Anyway, glad you brought her home! Let us know how it shoots.

Now that 938 has my attention! I handled a 238 but didn't care for it. I've wondered for years why no one made a mini 1991 in 9mm.....
