NY mag law?
Just read on a local blog that NY state passed a magazine restriction of 7 rounds for a firearm. Can any of my fellow NYers verify this ? No Garands in NY state?

My guns include S&W and Colt revolvers, Colt and Ruger pistols, Remington 870 shotgun, Henry and Marlin .22LR rifles, Hi-Point 9mm carbine and Lancaster Arms AK. I reload handgun rounds with a Lee hand press, over 18K rounds since Nov. 2009 with nary a squib nor kaboom.

All the news sources are verifying this.
So, my 7 round 1911 is legal, but my 8 round Ruger P345 will be outlawed. As well as everyone's Glocks, etc. How in the hell can this be enforced? This is going to be bad. |
