Anybody know anything about old scopes? I have one. I think?

Found a old scope in my dads attic.

It says Belknap 4x ( on top of scope)

On the bottom it says,

Savage-Suwa Japan model B340 4x15 Also came with the mount.

Well if it was built after 1890 I'm sure kraigwy has used it in his time in the service and will have some input
