Sounds Like Bad News For NY

It sounds bad for my many friends in New York. I lived in NJ for a number of years. It is a bad omen for all of us.

It makes it sound as though you will have a grace period to sell any and all of your magazines with a capacity beyond 7 rounds. Therefore, no grandfathering.

This is not good.
