Brass mounted sixshooters......
I don't know if I've ever mentioned it on this forum or not, but I have a penchant for the single action revolver. I especially like the brass mounted ones, you know, the ones having brass trigger guards and/or backstraps.
Here's my current line-up: ![]() Left to right, a Ruger three screw Super Blackhawk, a Colt Single Action Army, a Uberti Stallion .22 r.f., and my Hy Hunter .357 Magnum. Bob Wright |

The brass looks really nice, but I also like the ones finished in sterling silver.

As to silver plating, I've thought of that, as many Colt Navies were so furnished, but was afraid the silver would wear off pretty quick.
How does yours hold up? How much use? Bob Wright |

Don't see nary a notch on the grips of them thar sixguns, bub.
But very nice, anyhow. So, how do they carry? Two in your double rig and two in saddle holsters? Does that leave room for your levergun? All fooling aside, they are really beauts and my all time favorites, too. Enjoy and thanks for sharing.

Bob-
I can do it locally, if you're so inclined. |
