TISAS Classic 1911-A1 45ACP 5" GI BLACK

was wondering if anyone has one of these or shot one or just has any general knowledge of it....i know its not a high dollar 1911 but i have wanted a 1911 for quite awhile but other guns have always come up that i wanted more....and at 399 i can afford this one..any thoughts comments?

I don't have the 1911 but I have a double-stack .40 from Tisas that I'm very happy with. The fit and finish isn't top shelf but it's not bad either and overall I rate the gun as an excellent value. This link to Bud's shows very good comments and a Buds employee raving about the 1911 so I wouldn't worry if I were you. At that price for a 1911, even if you're not thrilled with it after a few months, you can easily sell it for about what you paid.

ok hate to keep asking prob stupid ?s Remington 1911 R1 45ACP 5" Walnut Grips by ERPC but this one is only bout 200 more could put it on lay away and have it payed of in 2 to 3 wks easily....should i go with the remington or stick with the tisas

Are you saying some gun shop wants $200 more for a Tisas than they do for a Remington?

lol no the remington at buds is about 200 more then the tisas sorry
