Track of the Wolf Bucks County rifle kit - Update #8
I'm moving along on the Track kit. In this update I inlet the lock work.
This is a long video, and even I think it's a snoozer, but I'm putting it up for the sake of documenting the complete process. Once again, I want to emphasize that this is how I'm going about this build, and I am in no way an expert rifle builder. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FaLWO9BTsKo Last edited by duelist1954; February 1, 2013 at 03:14 PM. |

Mike....
To me, one of the marks of quality in sidelock rifles and pistols is the tightness of fit of the metal parts into the wood of the stock.
I have never been good at that and I admire the work you are doing. I am also thankful for the example.
