Hunter Customs Commander

This pistol deserves a pic from a better camera, but even in a blurry iPhone shot it looks pretty good:

Bob (TFL Hunter Customs), of, built this from a Caspian integrated magwell frame, with a Storm Lake barrel. At my request, he added a Novak gold bead front sight. Frame is hard chromed, slide is blued.

The grips are by Ryan Payne (TFL Sarge43), of, and are spinal stingray.

Both Bob and Ryan are in the KC area, more or less.

To complete the KC area theme, I plan to have TFL Sixer, of, build me an OWB holster with stingray inserts.

PS The pistol is at least as much of a shooter as a looker.

Fine looking pistol and Sarge's grips look really nice on it. Congrats!

no guns = might makes right

Thanks, it's a nice pistol.

I have not yet met Ryan, but have conversed with him via PM and email, and bought from him, often enough. He is very easy to deal with.

Bob does very fine work, and is one of the nicest gentlemen I have had the pleasure to meet.

It's nice when I can give word of mouth to people I like, in full confidence that they deserve it.
