What's in your M1A tool kit?

I found a SA coupon in my M1A literature. It offers a substantial discount for some of the gear I'm told I need. What among the following is a must have shopping list?

Rear sight cover

Front muzzle cover

M1A cleaning kit includes combo tool

Flash suppressor alignment gauge tool

Gas cylinder disassembly tool

Gadget (?)

Ratchet chamber brush original GI

Thanx

I've been shooting my M1A since 1977. Petty heavy into High Power shooting for the guard. Hundreds fo matches thousands of rounds.

The only tools I've needed was cleaning gear. A chamber brush, bore brush and one piece stainless steel cleaning rod.

I use a rod guide made from an empty shotgun hull with the primer pocket reamed out to take the cleaning rod.

I never traveled with any other tools. Never needed them

Aside from the tools mentioned in the previous post you might want to get a gas cylinder wrench and the proper drill bits to to remove the gas plug and clean the gas piston and gas plug.

If its a newer one, a small jewelers screwdriver, so you can get the op rod off.

At every match I keep an M14 combination tool,Gas cylinder wrench, M1 BM59 combination tool, home made brass hammer, spare firing pin, extractor and spring. This all fits easily into an M14 magazine pouch attached to my pack stool. It's been used to fix other peoples guns more then my own.
