lol cameron, i know i know.

Anyway, I just noticed from the picture that the safety is on the left side but the mag release is on the right... Is this normal because both the safety and release on my AR are on the right.

this is the standard setup on ARs. the safety selector switch is reversible however and some companies make an ambidextrous switch that can be actuated from either side. I'm right handed though so I like it where it is. I can remove safety with my firing thumb and I can dump the magazine with my trigger finger, all without sacrificing positive control.
