IL joins the concealed carry ranks
Well, IL can join the rest of the nation by being able to carry concealed. A ruling today confirmed that citizens have the right to carry for self defense outside the home too.

As Spats mentioned, the issue is under detailed discussion here.
Furthermore, this doesn't mean Illinois is suddenly issuing permits. It only means that the 7th Circuit has found the ban unconstitutional. The details are still a long way from being hammered out.
