To more completely answer the question, 7-shot speed loaders are manufactured by HKS, Five-star as already mentioned, the Maxfire rubber model and finally the Cadillac of speed loaders, the S.L.Variant.

For a 7 shot the best option may be a moon clip conversion.

Quik strips?....
Do they still make the rubber/polymer type Quik Strips?...
I owned a few Bianchi speed strips(6 rounds) in the 2000s. Tuff Products markets the Quik Strip line. I'm left handed & not a huge fan of revolver speed loaders. I owned a few Safariland Comp IIs & never really got it down. ClydeFrog |

Clyde,
Tuff Products makes a speed-strip for the 7-shot S&Ws. I have several and the are a workable alternative, all-be-it much slower. Dave
