Upgrades for M&P Shield, sights and light

What are some good sights for the M&P Shield? Will sights for the full size work?

Any options to add a light to a Shield?

To add a light trade it for a compact or fullsize M&P.In my opinion the compact and the full size are more bang for your buck than the Shield.

I'd recommend Ameriglo sights. I believe there are XS Big Dots available as well, if you're into that sort of thing.

There's the standard M&P Trijicons on mine. I don't really care that there's a little overlap.
