What happens if my FFL shuts down?
I have a suppressor for a 308 sitting in my local class 3 FFL.
Today I was in talking to the owner and he says that times are hard for him. He did not say he was shutting down but it has me worried. I put in my papers the first of November so I have a bit of time. So what happens if my FFL shuts down while my suppressor is still locked up?

That's a good question. I was wondering what would happen to a transfer if the FFL holder were to pass away or get in legal trouble that would make them loose their license.
I bet David Hineline would know...

Unless he is a crook you could be delayed but should still get your stuff.
