Chinese AK rig question

Hello - I've noticed some surplus Chinese AK belt systems for sale on e-bay, mostly Chinese, some Vietnamese and a few other Asian countries. They seem ingeniously simple in design, the large pouches in front, two smaller pouches near the sides and tie back.

My question - are they a decent AK rig to wear compared to the more modern tacti-cool accessories more commonly found? Do they hold up wear fully loaded? How do the straps feel/carry? These things are fairly cheap, wondered if it is worth getting one.

They hold 6 mags, plus 2 smaller pockets for grenades, if you have them. Like the AK they are rugged, last forever, cheap, and do the job.
