Even more on the Hy Hunter...

Bought the Hy Hunter last Wednesday, decided to take it to the range this (Saturday) morning. Shot good groups with my handload, but about five inches low at twenty yards.

But the kicker came when a man came in and set up on the lane next to me. He produced a Hawes .357 Magnum, an otherwise duplicate to my gun!

You can file the front sight down to raise POI but you already know that.

Nice, I grew up shooting the .22 version of that! Good times. For rabbits, etc it is perfect. The 357 would be a good camp gun.
