30 seconds on Google tells me it was made by Fábrica De Cartuchos e Pólvoras Quimicas, Chelas, Portugal, probably in 1945.

Ammunition from 1945 is way past a reasonable shelf life.
Pull some bullets and see if they have green corrosion on the bases. This is caused by NOx outgassing from old gunpowder. If so, pull all bullets and dump the powder. Then examine the inside of the cases looking for internal pitting. If there are pits, dump the cases.
