I have used the Tula 9mm, and 223. Seems to work ok. Works well for me. I have not used the 308.

Depends on your purpose. Tula is cheap, steel cased stuff for blasting away when accuracy isn't super important. We run a lot of it in 7.62x39 and 5.56 for mag dumps in our full auto guns, but don't really use it for much beyond that. It's good plinking ammo, but that's about it.

It's dirty,,,

But other than that it is acceptable range fodder,,,
My .380's, 9mm's run okay with it.

But it really is dirty stuff.

Tula is fine. Wolf is fine. I'm sure the Russians still use boatloads of the stuff for their military and it runs just fine. Make sure to never stick a brass case in there after the steel stuff before boring out your barrel. You might regret that decision really quickly.
