Comparison picture - Charter Arms Pathfinder vs S&W Model 34
Sorry for the poor image quality,,,
I popped off a quick snapshot before leaving for work. As you can see the Charter Arms Pathfinder,,, Is almost exactly the same shape and size as a S&W Model 34. A Tom Threepersons holster I made for the S&W,,, Fits the Pathfinder like I made the pattern for it. Aarond .

I've often thought about removing the barrel underlug on my 4" Pathfinder to make it a bit more svelte.

Hello Crazy88Fingers,,,

Honestly I don't know if that is a good thing or not. The cylinder chambers are recessed as well. Aarond .

Nice! I like "twins" . . one for each hip! Thanks for the side by side photo - interesting!

I heard that charter arms says do not open the side pannel in their revolvers, because springs fly out, and it should be sent to the factory for any work. Is this true?

There are no removable side panels on a Charter Arms.

No sideplate on these guns. But the cylinder latch should not be taken apart, as it requires three hands (or a trip to the factory) to get it back together. Ask me how I know.
