Texas CHL Application question?

I've just completed my fingerprinting at FAST(Fingerprint application services of Texas). But on the FAST application I'm supposed to mail it list a CHL application ID#? Which I can't find on anywhereon my paperwork, even on my CHL 100 Form. Do I have to fill this out or can I leave it blank? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I haven't filled out an application package in awhile, but isn't that the number you get from the DPS website when you initiate the application process?

I've just checked my email. Could it be the barcode number set in the confirmation email because I don't remember seeing any other number during the application process.

If you did it online you should have a confirmation email that has the barcode, which gets mailed with you packet. Otherwise the app number is on that app.
