Remington 700 in .223 + Threaded?

I am currently wanting a Remington 700 with the following features but can't seem to find a factory one on their website. Is there a variant out there that has the following:
1. Chambered in .223
2. Has a 20"+ medium to heavy barrel.
3. Threaded Muzzle
The closest thing that I see on their website is a SPS Tactical, but it has no threaded barrel. It seems the only way I can do this is to buy the SPS Tactical and have it threaded. Any recommendations on who can thread it? Reason why I want it in .223 is because I have a YHM Phantom suppressor in 5.56.

The best you will probably be able to do is to get an SPS Tactical and get the barrel threaded by a gunsmith (typically like a $50 job).

Or you could get an SPS Varmint and have the barrel cut to the length of your liking and then threaded.

What are the primary differences between the SPS Varmint and SPS Tactical. Just the barrel length and stock?

Yep, that's it. I have the varmint in .308 and it is a great shooter. I am not much of a fan of the Hogue stock that comes on the tactical at all; but to be fair, I will be changing the stock of my Varmint when the funds allow as well.
