.454 Casull and Grizzly Defense

Cast at 16 bhn - 20 bhn, how effective would this .454 bullet be at these given velocities against an above average size grizzly bear??

350 grain WFN.....16.5/2400 30,000 CUP 1590 fps

350 grain WFN.....24/H110 48,000 CUP 1610 fps

350 grain WFN.....26/H110 53,000 CUP 1715 fps

I'm not sure if you're looking for this, but I'd definitely go with 2400 in those said loads, as less powder = less recoil and the velocity difference isn't enough to concern yourself with.
