Where do you all buy?

Welcome to TFL.

For factory ammo, I look online at Natchez, midway and cheaper than dirt (watch out for their shipping charges)

For reloads I love the folks over at Freedom Munitions. Nothing but good groupings from them, even on their "blaster" blemished ammo.

Another vote for Freedom Munitions reloads, excellent plinking ammo, reasonable shipping. They also sell new ammo, but their reloads are plenty good for range fodder.

For factory ammo, I like SGAmmo. Good prices on bulk cases, also have good prices on 50 rd boxes of SD ammo like Speer Gold Dot. Reasonable shipping with these folks too.

Every now and again you can find good stock at decent prices at

www.ammoman.com

Lately, however, prices have been going up. There is a sale going on the rest of this week...

Got an email from Freedom, July 4th sale. 5% off entire order. Code: july4th5off

Starts 4th, ends 11th. Might have to order more 9mm & 308... just cause it's on sale.

question on freedom munitions

I do not mean to hijack the thread.
But has anyone used their blaster ammo I see it is $179 for a 1000 9mm that is cheap

I've used the blaster 9mm, shoots fine. Supposed to be cosmetically inferior, but nothing too nasty I could see, certainly not enough to impair it's cycling in any of my pistols I've put it through.

LuckyGunner is best I have found for factory ammo...but have bought from bulkammo and cheaperthandirt and one other I wasn't crazy about. Again watch the shipping on all orders. Maybe obvious, but the more you buy the cheaper the shipping per round.

Steven at freedomammunition.com, not to be confused with freedommunitions.com, has terrific ammo that he manufactures himself (well, with his staff), at really decent prices. It is first rate quality, and much much cleaner than, say, Lawman, Remington UMC, and such. I have purchased one thousand rounds from him twice, and have shot about 1500 of those in my Glock pistols with no problems at all. I will order some more soon, but I do plan on ordering some from freedom munitions as well. FYI, 100 rounds .40 S&W jacketed FMJ for about 265.00 delivered. Newly manufactured ammo, not reloads.
