I've always found the Luger to be unbelievably natural pointing. Same with the P7PSP.
Unfortunately, I find the Luger to be incredibly uncomfortable in recoil.

I tried it once.
I felt ridiculous even though it was only my and my buddy at the range at the time. It wasn't too bad if you don't care what you hit (or miss). I wouldn't have done it if there had been anyone else there to see me. I personally think the gangstas and punks do it to look cool rather than actually hit anything. Cool does mean a lot in the real world.

That also helps explain why gangstas can fire off two hundred rounds in a gunfight and nobody gets hit.
Oh I did not get hit. That was the best comment at the website for the op

My left arm is fused. No wrist. If I was to shoot southpaw it would have to be gangsta fashion.

gangster shooting to me means a grip on the front and a grip on the back shooting from the hip with a zoot suit on and a cigar in your mouth.

I'm glad Hollywood promotes poor shooting techniques to those that would embrace them....
I figure it gives me an edge if worse comes to worse. I'll take every little advantage I can.... |

Its the move that takes away all doubt about the shooters experience and intelligence...

In 'ancient' times (late '60s) I taught the Army's 'new' snap shooting technique to the 'cruits. We were told to teach them to sight along the side of the barrel (M16) or slide (1911) to quickly engage a close target. Truth is that some of the newbi shooters actually did better at ranges up to 50 yards with that approach than when they tried traditional aimed fire.
