Re sparks: this was 15 years ago so forgive me if my memory faults me but as I recall it was a break open with a "pipe" from the barrel back to the hammer, it kinda looked homemade as the rest looked like a typical revolver, the barrel was most definitly sawed of personally

I have seen and done some hunting with smaller .22lr revolvers and most of them have plugged chambers or are simple one shot pistols (stupid laws here) you have to be somewhat of a serious trapper or hunt fox/badger that goes into dens to get pistols here, the above pistol was probably illegal
