Cimarron going to Pietta?
I saw a Cimarron ad showing Pietta pistols. Are they going exclusively to Pietta or will they still sell Uberti as well?

Right now they are selling both. I don't believe there is a quality difference but Cimarron had Uberti making some cool niche guns. Evil Roy has some new exclusive Ubertis for sale that are "factory tuned."

Straight out of the box my Cimarron Pietta is the slickest factory SAA I've yet tried.

The Pietta is just a new model Cimarron added to their line. They sell Armi Chiappa and Pedersoli rifles as well as Uberti. They also sell the Rock Island 1911. Just another brand to sell.

The cimmaron line of pietta products are a little less expensive than a uberti, my friend bought a cimmaron pietta and had a few problems sent it back to cimmaron and 3 months later it came back with a nasty line on the cylinder, right above the trigger/bolt spring screw, but it was fixed and is very smooth action and accurate, pghrich
