Heizer Double Tap

When in hell are they going to release this for sale? Are there behind the scene issues? Patent prob? WHAT!!!!!!!!!!

I've been following this gun since it was announced, well over a year ago.
I suspect they have patent issues based on design issues, since it is still described as "patent pending" on their literature...
I just hope when they release it, the pins lie in a safe position (like American Derringer did with their double action derringer).
Also hope it doesn't have a "safely pin block" that makes it take an extera second or two to draw effectively in critical self defense situations (a la Cobra derringers)...
I have high hopes for the Heizer Double Tap, and would rather wait it out and get a superior product.
