Reloading Corbon match cases with grooved necks

Anybody know why the case necks on Corbon .308 match brass (Lapua) have vertical grooves around the outside? I assume it has to do with crimping. Question is can the case be reloaded using a Lee collet die without having to get into neck turning etc?

Are the case's new unfired or once fired from the range?

What rifle were they fired in ?

Factory new. Case necks were annealed but looked like they went through an Hk91 chamber before firing. Sub 1/2 moa from my Rem 5R.

I would give Corbon a call about the case's, I to thought they might have been fired in a HK91 if they were range pick ups. But factory new, they should explain why the grouving.
