Looking for info on CIL Anschutz 111
Friend of mine gave this to me years ago, and I had it in storage for the longest time. Took it out a couple months ago and gave it a good cleaning. Front sight apparently broke up, so need to replace that, but otherwise it shoots great.
Looking for info, price, date made, etc, etc. Trying to sell it and its tough to find approx value. Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]()

Next to the antler mark on the barrel (Ulm proof mark) should be the date of proof (telling when it was made).

From what I can tell it was last available to purchase around 1965 from the CIL catalogue. It was a low-end .22 rifle, but it shoots damn good.
They sold it for $18 in 1965 so in 2012 dollars which would peg it at around $130 today, which seems about right. Its a great gun, but you can tell its low-end. I'll try to post better pictures later on. |

It may be low-end/econo, but it's STILL an Annie - $200-$250, minimum, all day long, maybe more if sold in the proper venue - like to the Annie fans over on rimfirecentral.com

Here are some more pictures. The 'date' thing says '64. Which seems right going by the information I've found.

I posted it over at rimfirecentral. I'll see what they have to say. I would probably be happy if I got $250 for it. Unless it is something more than I figure.
