Do you mean the 2022? If so that is really a nice pistol for the money. I normally try to avoid synthetic guns, but I was surprised how well the 2022 felt and shot. Before anyone jumps me too bad about the symthetic gun thing, it is mainly because most are striker fired. I like a hammer on a pistol. The 2022 is one I would own. I carry a P220 everyday and would not have an issue switching out to the 2022.

All this talk about them, I am going to have to go to the gun shop on tuesday. Might just order one..lol

2022's are very inexpensive polymer Sigs that have proper spurred hammers and a decocking lever, so essentially they have the same profile and control points as the metal Sigs. They're smaller than a P226 and a bit larger than a P229.

You can tell newer ones by the presence of an external extractor, older ones have internal. They can be bought with 3 different kinds of grips depending on your hand size, but don't come with all 3. Most have the Siglite H3 sights for less than 400 bucks price point.

I have one chambered in 9mm, it's very reliable and durable. The trigger and hammer are as smooth as my new P229, which is kind of surprising.

Keep in mind you can get a CPO P226/8/9 for 200 bucks more than a new 2022.
