red dot sight options?

hey everyone.. im looking for options for red dot sights.. obviously, there are the high end options such as the aimpoint, eotech, and trijicons.. but what are the options in the $100-$250 range that i could consider?... im looking for something durable, rugged, waterproof, but not insanely priced

id prefer no more than a 4MOA dot if possible

also, how important is battery life?.. i know the aimpoints can be left on for 5 years they say... but how important is that?.. im fine turning them on before i start shooting and turning them off when im done...

so what red dots would you suggest in the $100-$250 price range, and what features do they offer that make them notable?
