Best Shotgun in the World? The Benelli M4 HD VIDEO - Page 2

As you can probably tell, I don't much care. I just have fun shooting clays. When/if I get into trap/skeet/five stand or ... any other form of sporting clays, I'll probably go whole hog and buy a beautiful over and under or side-by-side.

I've been spoiled by a really high end one of those beauties in the past.

It one of the better tacticool shotguns, but the best, I dont know...

M2's and SX3's dominate the practical shooting sports.

I see more Beretta and Remington semiauto's in the field and on the range than everything else ( semiauto) combined.

The best all around shotgun??? Id have to say the Remington 870 due to sheer numbers sold. They will do anything you want or need a shotgun to do in the most adverse conditions.

I've got a Remington 870, I mean, that's almost obligatory for an American gun lover.

But...I sure like the Benelli M4 better.

A $100,000 Holland & Holland is considered a "best gun" but it wouldn't be the best choice for HD and tactical. Conversely the M4 would be largely useless for driven bird shooting and a significant handicap for clay target shooting. In their respective categories the Holland and Benelli are best guns. Neither is the "best gun in the world."
