stock question

as ya know i do wanna shoot long range with the 5.56 round but i also a tatical upper too so that means i need a stock to so i was thinking between 2 stocks, Magpul CTR with a cheek riser or the Magpul Gen. 2 PRS. or do you guys know what stock i could use for both the long range an carbine tatical rifle?

I think the cheek riser would put your cheek weld too high on a ar. If i remember correctly the riser was intended for when the ctr was attached to say a sage EBR chassis

Also I do not believe you can pull the charging handle back with the cheek riser on a AR 15.

Yeah the cheek riser won't work on a standard AR because it blocks the charging handle.

Why not look at the UBR? It's a heavy, adjustable length stock.
