Just to say "Howdy, I'm so proud to be here!"

My name is Bob Wright, and I am a handgunner, especially with the revovler, and especially with the Single Action revolver. Just stumbled upon this forum, so new here. Looking forward to some good conversation.

Welcome this is a great source of information and place for friendly discussion and debate.
A major source of objection to a free economy is precisely that it ... gives people what they want instead of what a particular group thinks they ought to want. Underlying most arguments against the free market is a lack of belief in freedom itself.

Welcome from Montana.
Gun permit?? A bread crumb tossed to a sleeping society awoken by the sound of complacency. "They are for your own good", and "you will understand when you see all the lives they save". Yes master, what else will you toss me from your bag of infringements?? Do you want me to roll over and play dead? I do that very well. --skidder

Welcome. I'd advise you to put your location in your profile. You never know when you'll find others living close to you that may provide trading/partnering opportunities.

Welcome.... A dedicated Single Action guy from Montana . Seems like I remember you from another forum as well...
A clinger. When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns. Single Action .45 Colt (Sometimes improperly referred to by its alias as the .45 'Long' Colt or .45LC). Don't leave home without it. Ok.... the .44Spec is growing on me ... but the .45 Colt is still king.

Welcome, Bob. Always glad to have another revolver shooter in the fold.

This forum, however, is really for discussing the guns themselves. We have a thread where new members can introduce themselves here:, so I'm going to have to close this one down.

Feel free, though, to tell us about your revolvers in a new thread, and the kind of shooting you like to do with them.
