I'm not personally familiar with the GP5 or 6, but from what I've read on the various forums, STI has a very good reputation. As to a rotating barrel system, my Stoeger (Beretta) Cougar has that and it works well. I've had no problems with it nor have I heard of any problems.

It's made in Croatia. Personally, I really like the format of the GP5/6 - I wouldn't mind replacing my HD Glock with one of these. However, I have not heard any "torture-test" reports on it.

No - It's made in Slovakia (where it goes by the name of K-100), and imported by STI as the GP5 and GP6

I don't have any personal experience with them, but what I have heard is mostly positive. STI is generally a pretty good company to deal with.

I heard STI is no longer supporting them and century arms will import them from now on.

Check this link out for info.

This may be true, but for the time being, they still both appear on STi's website.

True Out-of-the-box target pistols. Trigger reset is AMAZING. I wish the carry version was a little more compact for a CCW. On STI website, they don't recomend any +P or +P+ ammo though.
If century arms can get it, the Grand Power Xcalibur is what i'm interested in. Looks like an open match race gun with lightened slide, bull barrel, extended mag and slide release.
